Within just two years, he rapidly advanced to executive leadership and built the Nashville office from the ground up, growing it to more than 40 advisors. Under his leadership, hundreds of households have developed customized financial plans that empower them to pursue retirement, tax efficiency, risk management, and wealth-building strategies with confidence.</p> <p>Originally from Staten Island, New York, Jacob graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology, where he combined academic success with an athletic career. He began his journey as a financial advisor with Florida Financial Advisors, where he gained hands-on experience helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate complex financial decisions.</p> <p>Jacob is passionate about developing advisors into leaders. He focuses on training, accountability, and building scalable systems that foster growth and independence.
